My name is Mario and I have been playing guitar since I was 12. I primarily am a Metal guitar player, but I can play all styles of music. Through my band, Before the Grave, I was able to learn about amp rigs, tone, and guitar setups. I even learned a lot about the music business when we were on tour and I acted as the band manager. All of these experiences have helped me excel in customer service. I assist with the lesson program too! So if you need guitars, amps, effects, lessons, or even the little stuff, give us a call! My name is Amber and I've been working for GuitarPlaza.com since I was 16. Eight years later, and I'm still here! My first instrument was the piano, which I started banging on when I was only 3 years old. About 10 years ago, I decided to pick up the guitar and it honestly changed my life. Since then, I've also learned to play ocarina, clarinet, harp, bowed psaltry, and voice (which I do consider to be an instrument). I had vocal training when I took American Musical Theater for 2 years. I joined my first band, MindSpell, when I was only 14. A few years later and I landed a gig playing keyboards for the Rockaholics, a side band of the well-known metal group Premonition based in South Florida. I've played with bands at The Factory, Club Q, Alligator Alley, Culture Room, Cheers; you name the venue, I've rocked it! My goal here at GuitarPlaza.com is to provide you with the best possible customer service. Whether it be helping you with your online order, answering a question about guitar specs, or helping you pick out your next acoustic or electric guitar, I'm here to help! Hi! I'm Jen! I have been with GuitarPlaza.com for about 4 years. In 2004 I worked in the South Florida store as a sales associate, lesson manager, Webmaster, and secretary. Since then, I have moved to our Charlotte location and have taken full responsibility as Webmaster over Guitarplaza.Com, Guitarfox.Com, and our sister-site, GuitarShop.Net. I spent most of my early years as a live sound engineer and communications technician. Afterward, I learned the art of retailing and management at Luskins Hi Fi, Macys, Tandy, and Radio Shack. My other business, Micro 1 Computers, has given me tremendous expertise in the technology arena. For a while, around 1980, I managed to get involved with the San Dimas guitar works. I custom built over 50 guitars for my clients in my first business.
